Rare Pair of Conical Planters by Willy Guhl and Matthieu Mategot
We were very fortunate to score this rare pair of numbered conical planters, designed by the iconic Willy Guhl, produced by Eternit, and in their original iron stands designed by Matthieu Mategot. In all original unpainted condition with light weathering, these are in perfect condition, except for a few marks on the outside from the stands. Sculptural and sleek, they would make a grand statement flanking a walkway or the entrance to your contemporary home or garden. Made of fiber cement, a lightweight a very durable material, they can stay outside in all weather, although we do recommend emptying and covering the mouths in harsh winter climates. Please note the planters themselves measure 32 inches high, but, in their stands, the height is listed below.
