French Black Green Glazed Terracotta Water Pitcher
This stunning and very rare water hand-made pitcher dates to the late 18th Century and comes from the Perigord in the Southwest of France. A very dark, almost black green, it is a beautiful piece with unusual ribbed decoration. Two minor chips to the spout and an old repair to the base of the handle, but in perfect working order.
